Carrot Powder Smoothie


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice (or any preferred juice)
  • 1/4 cup Koh Foods carrot powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional for a hint of spice)
  • Ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie)


  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Peel and slice the banana.
    • Measure out the frozen mango and pineapple chunks.
  2. Blend the Smoothie:

    • In a blender, add the sliced banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, orange juice, carrot powder, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and ground ginger (if using).
    • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more juice. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into a glass.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!
