Tomato and Moringa Poha Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (mashed)
  • Poha (flattened rice)
  • Onions (finely chopped)
  • Green chili (chopped)
  • Curry leaves (chopped)
  • Koh Food’s dehydrated green chili powder
  • Salt
  • Koh Food’s tomato powder
  • Koh Food’s moringa powder
  • Butter (for pan-frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, poha, finely chopped onions, chopped green chili, and chopped curry leaves.
  2. To the mixture, add Koh Food’s dehydrated green chili powder, salt, Koh Food’s tomato powder, and Koh Food’s moringa powder. Ensure thorough mixing to evenly distribute the flavors.
  3. Form the mixture into patties of your desired size.
  4. Heat a pan and add butter to it.
  5. Pan-fry the poha cutlets on the buttered pan until they turn golden brown and crisp on both sides.
