Tangy Coconut Amla Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh grated coconut
- 1 tbsp koh! Amla Powder
- 1 tbsp koh! Curry Leaf Powder
- 2 green chillies
- 1 small garlic clove (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
For Tempering
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- 1 dried red chilli
Method
- Blend coconut, koh! Amla Powder, koh! Curry Leaf Powder, green chillies, garlic, salt, and a little water into a smooth chutney.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilli. Let them splutter.
- Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix gently.
Serve fresh with idli, dosa, pesarattu, or steamed rice.
