Beetroot Mini Pancake Cereal

Ingredients

• 1 cup Beetroot Pancake Mix
• ¾ cup water or milk

Instructions

1. Prepare a smooth batter by mixing the Beetroot Pancake Mix with water or milk.
2. Transfer the batter to a piping bag or use a spoon to drop tiny rounds of batter onto a lightly greased pan.
3. Cook on medium heat until the mini pancakes are golden and cooked through on both sides.
4. Serve the mini pancakes in a bowl with milk and top with fresh fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey for a colorful and nutritious breakfast.
