Strawberry Ragi Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Koh Strawberry Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk (adjust as needed for desired consistency)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice (honey, maple syrup, nuts, yogurt, or fresh fruits)

Instructions

Prepare the Batter

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Koh Strawberry Pancake Mix with 3/4 cup milk.
  2. Add 1 large egg and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter.
  3. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  4. Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Add a little extra milk if needed to achieve your preferred consistency.

Heat the Pan

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Lightly grease with a small amount of oil or butter.

Cook the Pancakes

  1. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  2. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set.
  3. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Serve

  1. Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as honey, maple syrup, yogurt, nuts, or seasonal fruits.
