Roasted Karela Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp koh! Karela Powder
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee

Method

  1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  2. Add roasted garlic powder and sauté briefly on low heat.
  3. Mix in koh! karela powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
  4. Add the cooked rice and toss well until the spices coat the rice evenly.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.
  6. Serve hot as a quick, flavorful side dish or light meal.

Tip: Garnish with roasted peanuts or fried curry leaves for extra crunch and flavor.
