Roasted Karela Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp koh! Karela Powder
- 1 tsp roasted garlic powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
Method
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
- Add roasted garlic powder and sauté briefly on low heat.
- Mix in koh! karela powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Add the cooked rice and toss well until the spices coat the rice evenly.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.
- Serve hot as a quick, flavorful side dish or light meal.
Tip: Garnish with roasted peanuts or fried curry leaves for extra crunch and flavor.
