Healthy Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Banana Pancake Mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine the Banana Pancake Mix, milk, baking powder, and chopped nuts in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
  3. Spoon the batter into greased or lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Soft, fluffy muffins with a naturally delicious banana flavor from the pancake mix.
