Healthy Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup Banana Pancake Mix
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine the Banana Pancake Mix, milk, baking powder, and chopped nuts in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
- Spoon the batter into greased or lined muffin cups.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
