Golden Ginger Ghee Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot cooked rice
  • 1 tsp koh! Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbsp hot ghee
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the hot rice in a bowl.
  2. Mix koh! Ginger Powder with the hot ghee until well combined.
  3. Pour the ginger-infused ghee over the hot rice.
  4. Add salt to taste and mix gently.
  5. Serve warm as a comforting side dish or light meal.

Serving Tip: Garnish with roasted cashews and fresh curry leaves for extra flavor and crunch.
