Golden Banana Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup koh! Banana Pancake Mix
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1 tbsp butter or oil (for cooking)
- 2 tbsp nut butter or ¼ cup chopped fruits (for filling)
Method
- Mix the Banana Pancake Mix with milk or water to form a thin, smooth batter.
- Heat a lightly greased tawa or non-stick pan.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly, like a dosa.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Spread nut butter or add chopped fruits on one half of the crepe.
- Fold the crepe and serve warm.
A light and delicious treat perfect for breakfast or an anytime snack.
