  • Add 4 cups of water along with banana blossom tea into a vessel & let it boil for 3-4 minutes on high flame.
  • To this mixture, add ginger powder & 1/4th cup of mint leaves.
  • Boil the mixture for 5 minutes on medium flame and then take it off the heat.
  • Filter the tea into a cup.
  • Add lemon juice & honey and mix well.
