Sunrise Ginger Chai

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp koh! Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp tea leaves
  • 1–2 tsp jaggery or sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add koh! Ginger Powder and tea leaves. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add milk and jaggery or sugar. Bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Simmer for another minute, then strain into a cup.

Serve hot and enjoy a warm, comforting cup of ginger chai.
