Golden Turmeric Milk (Turmeric Latte)


  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon Koh Foods Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or ghee (optional, for creaminess)


  1. Heat the Milk: Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not let it boil.

  2. Add the Spices: Add the Koh Foods Turmeric Powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of black pepper to the milk. Stir well to combine.

  3. Sweeten and Enhance: If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness, a pinch of ground nutmeg for extra flavor, and coconut oil or ghee for creaminess. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

  4. Simmer: Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally.

  5. Serve: Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the Golden Turmeric Milk into mugs. Enjoy it warm.
